TRAINING 1

1. Jump small fence so we can pass opponent's tackling.

2. Control the ball, so we can control better in the match.

3. Attack and defend training

4. Marathon race around the court, to make our stamina better.

5. Push up and sit up to make our body stronger so we can't easily fall when the opponent body us.

6. Split (left, right, center) to stretch out our legs.

7. Sprint, so we can chase opponent player.

8. Rope jump, to make our stamina better so we can't easily get tired.

TRAINING 2

This is practice training. If training 1 is warming training to make our stamina better, training 2 is about match, kick, so you can know the drawback of every position and space every player, the kick weakness, passing, and finishing.

1. Make small match 6 vs 6. In this training, player must relax, and can control the ball well so it can applied in the real match.

2. Free kick outside penalty box. The purpose is to practice kick accuration and practice how to kick using middle sole.

3. Passing training among other players and you, to make your team better about ball possession in the real match.

4. Face one to one with keeper. The purposes is, we can practice patience and we can use opportunities that should become goals.

Soccer Techniques

In soccer, there are known kick techniques. Players (especially beginner), usually find some difficuties to kick the ball, especially from far distance and they confuse how to determine right position to kick.

Now, I'll explain about kick techniques.
- Body position
If we kick with left leg, we must take body's right position.
If we kick with right leg, we must take body's left position.
The purposes is to make easy for find a space and direct the kick better.

Steps to kick:
Turn your body for a little before doing kick, so you can kick more accurate and can do "banana kick". Then, use your middle sole with much power so your kick can fly up.

Suggestion, practice to adjust the power and accuration. Practice:
- Rope jump
- Jump other player (player bows his self-body and we jump over the player)
- Kick practice
- Split, etc (warming)

There are some kind of kick techniques:
1. Groin technique

Groin technique is a technique that pass the ball between the two legs player space. We must make opponent confuse so we can do this technique.

- Use deceive movement. Your foot step over the ball. With this technique, opponent's concentration will be interrupted. So, there's a space between opponent's groin, and pass the ball between them.

-Or, drive the ball to the right/left slowly. The opponent will follow our movement. Wait for the right time, when opponent groin's opened, direct the ball between opponent's groin and run after the ball.

2. Kick technique using sole edge.

In this technique, we learn how to make the ball difficult to reach by the goalkeeper.
There are the steps:

a. We must take the right position for kick, don't take too right or too left, because it's a deceive kick.

b. Drive the ball from the middle position, don't drive from edge side.

c. Back the ball using top edge sole to goalpost, so the ball will spin fast and difficult to reach by goalkeeper.

d. There's a chance, the ball spin fast but just roll to the goalpost. If you want the ball faster and flying up, use alittle of power leg and kick the ball in the bottom of ball.

3. Kick over the keeper's technique

First way: When the ball is ours and face one on one with opponent keeper, what must we do? Especially if the keeper is too forward from the goal post. So, try to make a distance between you and the keeper, and concentrate with your ball so you don't lose contol the ball. After that, kick the ball with top sole. Don't kick the ball powerfully, just fly forward the ball slowly over the keeper. The keeper can't handle it, the ball will flying up highly and will come inside goal post.

Second way: if the ball is equally high with our knee, don't kick powerfully, just kick slowly and flying up forward highly using middle sole. Kick in the bottom ball when the ball isn't yet bounce down to ground. To do it better, just relax so you can estimate the distance between you and keeper.

MISTAKES in KICK TECHNIQUE

There are so many reason, such as clumsy or even too energetic and hurriedly kick when the ball comes. That's wrong.
There is wrong leg's position:
- Kick the ball using top sole powerfully. That's never satisfied result. The right way is take the right position and using the middle sole or edge sole.

Suggestion, player must practice kicking and patience, so the player doesn't make the wrong kick.

Soccer Players' Position

There are soccer players' position:
1. Goalkeeper (GK)
2. Back player
- Center Back (CB)
- Side Back (SB)
- Left Back (LB)
- Right Back(RB)
3. Midfield player
- Defender Midfield Forward (DMF)
- Center Midfield Forward (CMF)
- Left Midfield Forward (LMF)
- Right Midfield Forward (RMF)
- Offense Midfield Forward (OMF)
4. Striker
- Left Winger Forward (LWF)
- Right Winger Forward (RMF)
- Second Striker (SS)
- Center Forward (CF)

I will explain every position above.

1. Goalkeeper

Keeper's position is in front of goalpost and his fuction is to keep the goalpost to avoid the goal happens. Keeper can use his hand to catch the ball but it's just allowed inside the box.

Keeper's position has some advantages rather than other players' position. For example, when an opponent player attacks to the goalpost, the keeper try to intercept and accidently, crashes the opponent player until the opponent fallen, usually keeper isn't considered to break the rules, even the opponent is considered to break the rules.

Goal kick

Goal kick happens while there are an opponent player's kick that going out of the court (exceeds the goal post's crossbar) and without interfere by the keeper players' team. So, goalkick happens, in front of goal post.

2. Center Back (CB)

Center Back is back player that in his position always defend the defender area and his function is to block attack that come from center area. A well center back is CB that can move agile, reflect faster and can do tackling well and clear.

3. Right Back and Left Back (RB and LB)

- Left Back is the back player that his function is to keep left side's position in the defender area.
-Right Back is the back player that his function is to keep right side's position in the defender area.
They can block opponents' attack that come from sides area and can keep to avoid opponent's crossing that can threat defender area.

4. Defender Midfield Forward (DMF)

DMF is center player but he more focused to help defense line. DMF's position rarely to move forward to the opponent's area. His function is to cut the opponent's tempts and give the ball to the other center players, like CMF, LMF, RMF, and then they'll give the assits to OMF and continue to striker.

5. Center Midfield Player (CMF)

CMF is the center player that function is to keep center area. His task is to give tempts (as playmaker) to left wing/right wing and striker. Occasionaly, CMF can help defense line if they're under attack, too. CMF is the one that has multifunction because he can move backward to make defense line stronger and can move forward to do some shots from penalty box.
This is the CMF position.

6. Left Midfield Forward and Right Midfield Forward (LMF and RMF)

They are winger halfback. LMF is in the left wing and RMF is in the right wing. They tend to attack and make panic the opponent's defense line, usually give crossing/ long tempt from their position to striker or OMF that can be continued and result goal.

If we want to play in this position, we must fluent about kick technique and accurate long tempt technique.

7. Offense Middle Forward (OMF)

This position reserves with DMF position. But the same thing, they're the same center player. If DMF helps back player, OMF helps striker.

8. Left Winger Forward and Right Winger Forward (LWF and RWF)

LWF is left winger striker and RWF is right winger striker. These positions just in the 4-3-3 pattern. Their function is to give assits to Second Striker (SS) or Center Forward (CF)

9. Second Striker (SS)

Like the name, he is as a second striker supporting Center Forward (CF). He collaborates with CF and does finishing touch well.

10. Center Forward (CF)

CF is a pure striker, his function is to do finishing touch/ shots to opponent's goal post. His tasks is very difficult because he's the main factor whether his team lost or win. He must struggle to get a ball with opponent. He also must find the right position to shot or find spaces in the opponent's defense line.

Collaborate between different position

In the soccer, collaboration is absolutely important. Back players must collaborate well with midfielder, also midfielders with strikers. Back players (RB, LB, CB) collaborate with midfielder while goalpost is being threatened. DMF sometimes can move backward and collaborate with back plers. Midfielder also can collaborate with striker, they give mature assists to striker, so striker can use it to make goal to the opponent's goal post.
