The answer is midfielder. FInishing to make goal should be in striker, but assits to make goal is came from midfielder. And so does the defender, defender midfielder can blok opponent's attack and can also cut opponent's tempt if there's a ball that direct to defender area. Midfielder's role is the key during the match 2x45 minutes. Midfielder can also do fast return-attack.

1. DMF's Position

DMF is a defender midfielder. DMF roles is important because he can collaborate with defender and also the other midfielders. In addition, DMF can become a SS(second striker)/LWF/RWF if there's needed. His main function is to block opponent's attack so the ball doesn't reach the defender area. DMF must collaborate with defender. DMF usually use clean tacklings to struggle the ball. DMF can move forward at anytime too.

2. CMF's Position

This position is very needed in the match. He must have strong stamina - because he moves forward, backward, or steady. CMF must give help to defender if goalpost area is under attack, but CMF must also moves forward if there's a return-attack.CMF must become a playmaker that gives accurate tempts to opponent's defender area. To play in this position, don't be too hurried to make a goal. His main function is t give tempts and lead the midfield area, try to seek gaps and move agile in the midfield area.

3. LMF and RMF's position

They're left and right winger midfielders. Their role is to give assits to striker and also give bouncing-up tempt to the penalty box. LMF and RMF can also collaborate with winger backplayer, RB and LB. Solidity in midfield area is very needed.

4. OMF

OMF is an attacker midfielder. His main roles is in forward area, as a playmaker and give tempts to CF/SS. To make an optimum result, try to seek the gaps in the forward area and substitute the position outside opponent's penalty box. At anytime there's a throw-up ball outside penalty box, OMF take the ball and do shooting. His task is lighter than CMF that must move forward and backward. The purpose which OMF is always outside opponent's penalty box is to avoid return-attack from opponent. If there's a ball that throw-up from opponent's penalty box, immediately take the ball.

Big International World Soccer

The biggest international soccer championship is World Cup that’s held by Fédération Internationale de Football Association. World Cup is held one time for four years. More than 190 national teams are matched in regional tournament qualification for a quota in final round.

Big Soccer Championship in Every Continent:
- Europe, is known with Euro
- South America: Copa America
- Africa: African Cup
- Asia: Asian Cup
- North America: CONCACAF Golden Cup
- Oceania: Oceania Cup

The biggest club championship in Europe is Championship League, while in South America is Copa Libertadores. In Asia, Asian Championship League is the biggest.

Soccer have been played in Olympiad since 1900(except in Los Angeles’ Olympiad 1932). At first it just for amateur players, but since 1984 professional players has also begun to play with rule that prohibit many nations to play their best teams. At that time, Olympiad tournament for men is a U-23 tournament that may add with some players that are more than 23 years. So this tournament has less prestige and international importance rather than World Cup, or even than Euro, Copa America and African Cup.

In contrast, Olympiad tournament for women has same prestige as FIFA Women World Cup; this tournament is played by complete international teams without age constraint.

Soccer Rules

The official soccer rules are:

Rule 1: Soccer’s ball
Rule 2: The number of player
Rule 3: Soccer player’s kit
Rule 4: Referee
Rule 5: Referee’s assistant
Rule 6: Match duration
Rule 7: Begin and re-begin match
Rule 8: Ball in and out in a match
Rule 9: How to get score
Rule 10: Foul
Rule 11: Free kick
Rule 12: Penalty kick
Rule 13: Offside
Rule 14: Throw in
Rule 15: Goal kick
Rule 16: Corner kick

Match duration

Two teams that each of them consists of 11 players against to make goal. If a team makes more goal than the other team, that team wins (usually in 90 minutes, but there’s another way to decide the winner if the match ends draw; injury time). One round of injury time is same with 15 minutes. The most important rule: players don’t be allowed to touch the ball with hand except goalkeeper during the match.

Soccer formation

There are common formations that are usually used in the soccer match:
4-4-2
4-3-2-1
4-5-1
3-4-3
3-5-2
4-3-3

Players’ tactic can be changed during the match, depend on the condition during the match. There are three tactics: attack, defend, and balance.

Official

A match is controlled by a referee that has “full authority to control the match according to Match Rule” (Rule 4), and decisions that are made by referee are final. A referee is helped by two assistants (in the past they are called “line keeper”). In many match referee is also helped by the fourth official that can substitute other official if needed.

Team

A team consists of maximal 11 players, include goalkeeper. And there must be substitute players. Sometimes there’s a rule in futsal about minimum players that can be (usually eight).

A goalkeeper can take the ball with his hand inside penalty box. Goalkeeper must wear gloves.

The other players mustn’t be allowed to touch the ball with their hands, but it’s allowed with the other body part. The exception of this rule is applied when there’s a throw in (when the ball is kicked out of the court).

Many players can be substituted by substitute players during the match. The common reasons to substitute are player’s injury, tired, non effective, tactic’s change, or even waste little time when the match almost ends. In a standard match, the player that has been substituted can’t back to the match.

Standard court

The court that’s used is a grass rectangular court. The length is 91.4 meters and the width is 54.8 meters. And also there are two goalposts in the two width’s sides; the size is 24x8 feet, or 7.32x2.44 meters.

Kick Technique

Kicking ball is a main thing in soccer. But often players have weakness in kicking ball and also lack of concentration. This is caused by hesitance or tension. I will explain about how to do free kick, penalty, etc.

Free kick
Free kick is a common thing in soccer. Do a kick directly to the goalpost; it shouldn’t be from far distance. There are three methods to do free kick from near distance.

1.Bend the ball pass through top of opponent’s encirclement. Bend the ball using your top of sole. It must straight.

2.Bend the ball pass right/left side of opponent’s encirclement. If you kick the ball using left foot, bend the ball pass right side of opponent’s encirclement, and vice versa. The target is left/right top corner of opponent’s goalpost. Usually keeper meets difficulty to reach the ball in that position, especially if the ball’s direction bends. It’s a banana kick.

3.To do free kick in near distance, usually there are two players near the ball. It’s free kick’s trick. It’s trick to collaborate with your teammates to make a goal. First, player 1 apparently will kick the ball (but just to outwit), afterward player 2 adjust the distance rather far from player 1, and then player 1 immediately gives short tempt to player 2. Player 2 kicks the ball in the empty space using top/ edge sole. If using edge sole, the ball will turn outside.

Penalty
Penalty is done in 11 m from goalpost. In this condition, player feels a high tension whether there’s goal or not. Or maybe player kick the ball too hurriedly, so there’s not goal. To do this, player must relax and focus. There are steps to kick the penalty right.

1.Player must think and decide where direction he will kick. Focus in the ball and goalpost, not keeper. Don’t be too hurriedly.
2.Try to direct the ball to left/right top corner of goalpost, or left/right bottom corner. These are very difficult position to be reached by keeper.
3.Keep your body’s balance.
4.Try to outwit keeper, the ball directs apparently to the left side, but you kick to the right.
5.Kick the ball using your top sole. With using this, ball will direct exactly to the corner’s goalpost.
6.If penalty fails, try to do it again next. Don’t worry if you fail, because every player can fail too.

Practice penalty
Use goalpost that is not too big to practice your shoot accuration. Give an obstacle in front of goalpost as if there’s a keeper, afterward kick the ball to the corner’s goalpost, it can be flat or high.

Palonetto
“Palonetto” is prying the ball far above keeper with ball’s power that’s not too fast but high. Ball will fall inside goalpost. This technique is very good if keeper’s position is rather far from goalpost (keeper isn’t already back to his position).

There are tips to pry the ball.

1.To bouncing up the ball, kick the bottom of ball.
2.Use your tip of sole to pry the ball. Give hard power so the ball can bounce up forward.
3.The ball isn’t be kicked, but be pried in the bottom of ball.
4.Don’t let the ball reached by keeper.
Palonetto is also used for breakthrough crossing that is done to pass above opponent’s player.

Volley Kick
Volley kick is kicking the ball while ball is in height; usually the ball is the same level as your stomach. This kick is very fast. This can be done from near or far distance; it’s effective enough. There are special tips to make your volley ball success.

1.Lean slightly your body to the left/right. If the ball is in left, lean your body to the right and vice versa.
2.Notice the ball and keep your concentration while kick the ball.
3.Kick the ball use top sole. Your sole face slant and same level of height as the ball.
4.Don’t kick the ball too hard. If player kick the ball too hard, there’s four chances. First, player concentration must be broken. Second, player misses the ball because of lack of concentration. Third, the ball just in slow speed because player just “touch” the ball. Fourth, that’s most common; the ball bounces up too high above goalpost. It will waste a good chance to goal.

Practice volley kick
With small goalpost that’s rather high, ask your friend to kick the ball to you as high as your stomach and then you kick the ball to the goalpost. Turn with your friend five times.

How to use your top and edge sole
Top and edge sole, of course won’t be done at any. If we are wrong to use it, it won’t be effective. Top and edge sole are the best technique to trick the ball. The ball’s direction can bend and outwit opponent’s keeper.

Edge sole

1.Edge sole is used when we face with goalpost and there’s short tempt from your teammate in front of you or from opposite direction. Afterward use edge sole to kick the ball. If we are in the left side, the ball will direct fast to left corner of goalpost and it’s difficult to be reached.
2.When the ball is the same level as your foot, maybe when we drive the ball or receive tempt, Adjust distance immediately between your foot and the ball, and then kick the ball with your edge sole. The ball will turn outside, if we use top sole, the ball will turn inside.
3.When the ball approximately above 20-25 cm from ground, kick the ball using edge sole. So the ball will turn and direct to top corner’s goalpost.

Common mistakes: When drive ball, don’t kick the ball using edge sole. First control it and stop the ball. If you kick the ball, the ball will be missed. So player become hesitate. You can kick the ball using edge sole when there’s enough distance between your foot and the ball.

Don’t kick the ball using edge sole from far distance, because this kick needs extra power, especially in free kick.

Tips:
- Kicking with edge sole should be used when there’s enough distance between ball and the ground.
- It’s very effective to do from near distance.
- It’s also effective to do tempt from near distance, or do tricky tempts.
- Concentrate well before do kicking. If you kick hurriedly, you’ll miss the ball. Seek gap to kick first.
- Don’t kick the ball if it’s free kick, penalty, or corner kick.

Formation Tips

Formation is players’ arrangement in a match. This formation is much needed here. Formation is also useful for coach and players. For coach, here I will be explained about well formation, advantages and drawbacks for each formation, and how to use each formation.

- 3-4-3
This formation is commonly used. But there’s the drawback, in defense line. There is no problem in midfield and forward line, if they can do collaboration. One or two players from 4 midfielders must be DMFs (Defender Midfielder Forward) that also become forward midfielder.

- 4-4-2
This is ideal formation that is commonly used in the match. Actually this formation is well enough because there’s balance between defender, midfielder, and forwarder, just need well collaboration.

- 4-3-3
This formation is also ideal formation that is commonly used in the match. The strike method relies on wing strikers, LWF and RWF that also receive assist from midfielder. In defense line there’s safe enough. Midfielder (LWF) also can help defense line. Usually goal is made by crossing.

- 4-1-3-2
The advantage of this formation is in defense line. Four players are as back players and one player as defense halfback. Three players that are in midfield line give tempt to forward area.

- 4-4-1-1
This formation is rather weak in forward because there’s just one striker and no collaboration between strikers. So assist is done by midfielder. There must be any midfielders to help the single striker, while one player behind striker is as SS (Small Striker). Defense line is safe enough, if they can do well collaboration.

- 3-5-2
To use this formation there’s actually just needed well strategy from coach. It is suggested, five midfielders are separated by their tasks: one as DMF that help back player, the other one as CMF that can move forward and backward, and the three help strikers. Collaboration is absolutely needed.

- 4-3-1-2
This formation is also common. To cover the gap in the forward, two players must move forward, one player as DMF, the other one as Small Striker (SS), and the two as Center Forward (CF). Use triangles tempt and penetration tempt. This formation is well enough to do these tempts.

- 3-6-1
This formation is not commonly used and actually not well enough. The players’ saturation isn’t inequitable, so many players in midfield line. There’s just one striker and three back players, so this formation is much depended on midfielders in the match. Here are tips: two players play in wing area to help single striker, one player do 1-2 tempt with striker, two players help defense line, one player as CMF.

- 5-3-2
This formation also has several drawbacks: player’s saturation is concentrated in defense line. So there should be Left Back (LB) or Right Back (RB) that can help to move forward if this team is striking.

- 4-3-2-1
The drawback is in forward line, because the lack of assist causes the difficulty to make goal. Defense line is no problem, if needed; four midfielders should become DMF, and the other help striker.

- 4-5-1
The drawback in this formations also in forward line, hence there must be a well strategy. Five midfielders must adjust their position so single striker can receive assist, two players play in wing area to give bouncing-up tempt, while one or two players as Small Striker (SS).

- 4-2-1-3
This formation is commonly used. It’s suggested, two players become CMF (Center Midfielder Forward), because there’s well enough in forward and defense line.

- 4-1-2-3
This formation is similar with 4-2-1-3. Use one player as defense halfback, one as CMF and the other one must supply the ball forward. Always use fast strike from midfield.

- 5-4-1
Midfielder is more focused to help single striker. There must be two players that become OMF (Offensive Midfield Forward) or forward halfback. Defense line is well enough. One back player should move forward to obscure and block opponent’s strike.

- 4-2-2-2
This formation is ideal enough. There’s a balance in all lines. Two midfielders can help strikers, and the others become CMF.

- 3-3-4
This formation is rarely used. Most of midfielders should defense, because four strikers is enough to strike. Two strikers are as wing strikers and the other strikers as Center Forward (CF). Collaboration is absolutely needed.

Tips: Try to apply these formations in the match to see clearly about these advantages and drawbacks. Formation is just a part of the match; the mostly needed is collaboration between players.

Defender Tactics

In every team, the spot of weakness is in defense area. So coaches are suggested to cover the existing gap. Usually back players are careless if there’s an attack of opponent. So, back player must improve concentration, and can adjust the distance between ball and opponent’s player. The back player that play in middle area called center back (CB), in the left called left back (LB) and in the right called right back (RB). In this part, it will be explained about the function and how they should play.

Center Back (CB)

While playing CB is helped by Defender Midfield Forward (DMF), the middle player that tends to play in defender area. The function of CB is as fence in the defender area. The things that are needed to be a CB are: must have strong body, can press the opponent, sprint that can be as equal as opponent. Usually there are 2 CB, so they can collaborate between the others.

Left Back (LB) and Right Back (RB)

These positions play in left and right wing. Their function is very important too. Especially, when the other players lost the ball in their self wing defender, LB and RB can keep wing defender’s position that’s usually vulnerable by opponent.

How Back Player Should Play

To keep goalpost safe, back player must play decently. At first, they should know how to face with opponent.

- If back player faces with opponent, try to not struggle the ball hurriedly, but make opponent so they meet difficulty to struggle the ball. When we face with opponent, we should move backward slowly and notice the ball.

Cut the tempt

A back player must can cut tempt well, especially if his goalpost is in danger. There are tips about cutting tempt well:

- Player mustn’t hesitate. Back player must always focus with the ball and see the other players around him.

- If ball success to be struggled, drive the ball to the safer area, try quickly to kick away the ball from defender area and don’t try to pass the opponent’s player if there’s in their self defender area.

- Now, if the ball rolls on to safer area and this ball is rather difficult to be reached, use tackling to stop the ball. Don’t hesitate to do it.

- To keep opponent: If there’s a vis-à-vis, between striker and back player, don’t struggle the ball hurriedly. Try to keep and press opponent. Back player always must press the opponent and block the opponent’s movement space. Player must stay between the opponent that he press and his self goalpost.

- Obstacle opponent: Obstacle is very needed by back player to delay opponent’s attack. Obstacle is a tactic to turn back the opponent. Try to always turn the opponent back and struggle slowly from back side. Wait until your teammate come to help.

Tactic to Win in Upper Ball Struggling

In this part will be explained about how to defend your goalpost in upper ball struggling. There are ways:

1. Player must use opponent’s shoulder so his jump higher. If there’s a ball, back player immediately jump behind the opponent while hold on opponent’s shoulder. There’s great chance to win struggling the ball by back player. This tactic is much needed while there’s a corner kick.

2. When opponent’s corner kick happens. This way also needs bravery. If there’s a ball which bounces up to defender area, there must be a back player that is behind the ball, and in the right time, he immediately moves forward and then heads or kicks away the ball to the front while threw himself. Remember, to do this tactic, player must be careful so he doesn’t crash with opponent’s player.

Tips: To head the ball so your head doesn’t feel pain, don’t use your top head, but with your front head. If you use the wrong tactic, the ball instead will bounce backward and make advantage for opponent. Ball that you head always must bounce forward and contrary to your self goalpost.

> Don’t close your eyes while head the ball. Always notice the ball and precise the ball direction in which you’ll direct.

> To make heading more powerful and can save your goalpost, player must jump forward and move your hands backward to help moving the neck and heading the ball forward. This tactic also can be used by striker.

Heading Training

- Player 1 throws the ball highly to player 2 and player 2 heads the ball forward, repeat this training 5-6 times. After that take turn with other players.

- Player 1 is in front of player 2. Player 1 is as passive player. Player 3 throws the ball to player 2, and then player 2 heads the ball with helping of player 1’s shoulder.

- To make the heading more powerful and can be used to defend, practice heading with the wall continuously.

Tips to be a Back Player

- Do clean tackling. Tacking must be done at the ball exactly and must have exact timing, too. While do tackling, the foot always must be in the ground, don’t go up into the air so your tackling doesn’t touch the opponent’s foot. Danger tackling can result yellow card or even red card.

- While press the opponent in very critical position like in the penalty area, keep the hand behind so handball doesn’t happen.

- Focus in more than one player. Back player must focus not just at one player; it can be two so back player can block the movement space of opponent. Always notice the ball direction, don’t lose your concentration. To press the opponent even two players, keep the distance between you and opponents. Don’t be hurriedly.

- Collaborate with keeper. It’s very important so misunderstanding between back player and keeper doesn’t happen.

> While do 1-2 crossing, back player always must be in front of his self goalpost and in different position with keeper. If keeper is in right side, back player must be in left side and vice versa.

> While there’s an attack in the defender area, don’t obstacle keeper’s sight. Try to press opponent in different side.

The well back player can collaborate well with keeper and the other teammates.

For Beginner

Hello..
Here I'll attach a video about soccer training

Various of tempts

Besides individual skill, player must do collaboration. This is the main need in the real match. There are some various of tempts to build a well attack.

- Cross tempt

Cross tempt is usually applied in the midfield/ front field area. Player 1 crosses the ball to player 2, afterward player 1 runs to the right/left side of player 2 without ball and player 2 gives the ball to player 1 that has been already ran behind him, using top/ edge-part sole. Player must be smart to seek for gaps. This tempt is just used in short-tempt to avoid opponent player.

- 1-2 tempt

This tempt is a collaboration between 2 players, like cross tempt, but it can be applied in wider range and very good for used to build attack. Player must have good feeling about the ball direction. Player 1 gives the ball to player 2, then player 1 moves forward, then player 2 gives the ball again, etc, so the attack is slowly built well, provided can seek the gap and can give the ball with various and tricky movement.

- Triangle tempt

According to its name, this tempt forms triangle, and it is done by 3 players. This tempt is very good to do finishing annd must do in opponent's defender area when there's a gap. Player 1 and 2's position is in the left side, and player 3 (finishing) is in the right. Player 3 runs forward, while he's obscured by opponent, gives the ball to player 1 in the left, afterward player 1 gives the ball to player 2 in front of him, fastly player 3 (finishing) runs forward and seek for empty space. Player 2 moves forward and gives the ball to player 3 (be careful with offside trap). Then, player 3 kicks the ball to the opponent's goalpost.

- Breakthrough tempt

The purpose is to avoid offside. This tempt is very often used by player to immediately create goal, but I suggest, to do this tempt, at least 2 players that can be given. Player 1 that control the ball from the far side of goalpost, gives the far and bouncing-up tempt to opponent's defender area, afterward player 2 and 3 that that have been in front immediately seek for a gap, runs forward and comes afterward the ball, and then the player vis-a-vis with opponent keeper and do finishing. Player must practice reflex and velocity, so the player can immediately seek for gaps and the ball isn't came afterward by the opponent player or keeper. This tempt can be combined by triangle tempt.

- Crossing tempt

Crossing tempt is also known as far tempt. Usually, it is done by player in the right/left wing of opponent defender area. There are 3 kinds of crossing tempt:

-) Flat crossing tempt
Foot's power is very essential to do this crossing. ctually, flat crossing is rarely used in the match because of the long distance. Player 1 can do flat crossing, if his position is closer to opponent's penalty box and there's empty space here, so the player 2 that get the crossing just do finishing to opponent's goalpost.

-) Medium crossing tempt
This crossing is often used in the match. It's effective enough but the weakness, the ball can easily reached by the keeper because the ball height position is as high as keeper's head.

-) Bouncing-up crossing tempt
Between the three crossings above, this is the most effective, because beside the ball is difficult to be reached bythe keeper, player is easier to head the ball to the goalpost. Use top-part sole and bounce up the ball to the opponent's penalty box exceed the height of opponent's goalpost and then the other player runs to kick/head the ball to the goalpost.

Passing various training

Coach should train players so their reflex attack movement can be bulit well. The training that applied should be practiced in the real soccer field.

- First training: Tempt training without opponent, with 6 players. Apply 1-2 tempt, cross tempt, etc.
- Player 1 drives the ball and player 2,3,4 move to the empty space without the ball to be given.
- 1-2 tempt from midfield until goalpost area, is done only with 2 players using top-part sole. It's done with the distance approximately 10 metres.
- Three players passing using short tempt effectively using edge-part sole. They're obscured by the other 3 players.
- Player 1 gives cross tempt to player 2. Player 2 passes player 1, and then player 1 moves wider, player 2 immediately gives the ball to player 1 and does the next movement.

With these trainings above player can adjust various of attack well with team collaboration.

Build a good attack

How to build a good attack? Players often do uneffective attack. This is caused by the players' position that aren't exactly right, and the distance between one player and others. Thus, the attack fails. Now, I'll show how to build a good attack.

- While player drives the ball, we must give an enough distance and seek for empty space, so that players can give the ball to us. We often give too much distance, therefore the other player is difficult to give the ball to us.

- Use edge-part of your sole to drive the ball. The edge part of sole is essential because it can make our tempt accurate, especially short-distance tempt. The effect is very much, we can suddenly give tempt with tricky movement.
To apply attack, player must try to use right and left foot, because if the the opponent moves closer to us, we can maintain the ball well. For example: There's one opponent player try to move closer to the ball in our control. So we must try to obscure the opponent with our body, while the ball is maintained by our left/right foot. If the opponent in the left side, the ball must be controlled by our right foot, and vice versa. The next step, give the ball to the other player in the emptier space. This is the way to maintain the ball in the attack technique, so we can apply the attack well.

- Try to obscure opponent player (without ball), so the other player that control the ball can move freely. While our teammate drives the ball, do this technique, so our teammate can move freely and do the various attack.

- While we build an attack, don't be be individual. There's no matter how great our skill, like Kaka (AC Milan) or Christiano Ronaldo (MU), the attack can fail if the ball is controlled individually, especially for the beginner. If the ball has been already in ours, and there's empty space in front of us, don't be hurriedly given. If the opponent player obscure us, give the ball to our teammate. Afterward, our teammate must seek empty space to get the ball. Teammate solidity is absolutely needed.

- Use the top-part sole to attack. Top-part sole is used to make the short/mid-distance tempt accurate. While we're under pressure, after the ball is given with top-part sole, continue the various attack with the edge-part sole. To obscure the opponent use the technique above.

Pass the opponent and create techniques in attack

It's very important, especially if we're under pressure or no teammate around us to be given. Player often panic and hesitate to pass the opponent. There are some techniques to pass the opponent.

- If the opponent is behind us, and the ball is contrary with opponent's position, we must turn our body direction fastly, and direct your body to the left/right, and so does the ball, with your sole. Before turn your body, try to drive the ball tricky, and direct the ball contrary with the opponent, afterward do the 1-2 tempt with your teammate variously.

- Use groin technique. If we vis-a-vis with the opponent, try to drive the ball tricky, thus the opponent's concentration automatically berak. If the opponent's groin opened, pass the ball between it and we come afterward the ball. This technique is somewhat difficult, because players can't definite pass the ball between opponent's groin, so try to always practice with this technique and practice using top-part sole.

- Now, if we're in the left/right wing, and there's no teammate, suddenly we vis-a-vis with an opponent, what will we do? Of course we mustn't in our position for a long time, especially if we'll do a fastly attack. Use tricky foot movement to break the opponent's concentration. Afterward pass the ball rather harder to the opponent's left/right side direction. If we pass the ball to the left side, run afterward the ball to the left side, and vice versa. And then do crossing to the opponent's defender are. We mustn't hesitate to do this technique, if we're hesitate, the ball will snatched away by the opponent.

- Drive the ball from the left to right foot. This technique is useful. We can avoid opponent's tackling just by a little body shift movement, we don't need to jump or come out a lot of stamina. If the opponent begins to tackle us, and the ball is in our right foot, shift your body for a little and drive the ball from the right to left foot fastly. With this technique, tackling can be avoided and we can do attack. This technique can be applied when we run or stay in position. When we run or chased by the opponent, try to stay in your position for a short time, and then drive the ball from the left to right foot, and vice versa.

Now, player must apply techniques above, by practice: practice about top-part sole accuration, movement velocity, reflex movement and bravery sowe can pass the opponent well. There are practices for attack technique:

-) Jump over small fences
-) Vis-a-vis with other player
-) Practice about 1-2 tempt and finishing
-) Practice about tricky movement to drive the ball to your teammate
-) Passing training with top-part/edge-part sole, this is used to various attack technique
-) Groin technique training with the chair's groin
-) Passing over the ball so the player become accustomed to to these techniques

All of these trainings above should be done by all players to improve individual skill and team solidity.

Keeper Training

The purposes are, the keeper can deal with the ball directed to the goalpost and can improve keeper's mental so he can be more patient to keep his goalpost and he can control his emotion.

1. First, keeper must practice to estimate ball direction.

2. Keeper needn't so much stamina to keep his goalpost. The main prior that keeper needed is patience. If keeper can't control his emotion, definitely he'll lose his concentration.

3. The main weakness of keeper: If the ball bounce up exactly to left/ right top corner of goalpost. No matter how expert the keeper, he still find difficulty to deal with these.

This is keeper's training:

1. Every player take turns to kick the ball to keeper (shouldn't be too powerful) and keeper must catch the ball, not ward the ball.

2. Players do crossing from left/ right wing area and keeper must catch the ball (interrupt the crossing).

3. Players kick the ball harder and keeper try to catch the ball.

4. At this time, players do crossing again, but with heading and keeper must wrap it.

5. Every player kick the ball outside the penalty box and direct it to the direction that keeper can't wrap or catch; left top or right top corner of goalpost. In this training keeper practices to improve his reflex movement so he can response quickly and estimates ball's direction.

After this practice, keeper must be tested by his coach, and every training, coach must always test keeper whether his reflex movement already good or not. If needed, make notes and graphic about these.

In the real match, the back player shouldn't hinder keeper's sight, because keeper need high concentration to keep his goalpost. If the keeper is in center, the back player especially CB (Center Back), must keep right/ left position.
The important thing, try not to hinder keeper's sight.

Soccer Training

TRAINING 1

1. Jump small fence so we can pass opponent's tackling.

2. Control the ball, so we can control better in the match.

3. Attack and defend training

4. Marathon race around the court, to make our stamina better.

5. Push up and sit up to make our body stronger so we can't easily fall when the opponent body us.

6. Split (left, right, center) to stretch out our legs.

7. Sprint, so we can chase opponent player.

8. Rope jump, to make our stamina better so we can't easily get tired.

TRAINING 2

This is practice training. If training 1 is warming training to make our stamina better, training 2 is about match, kick, so you can know the drawback of every position and space every player, the kick weakness, passing, and finishing.

1. Make small match 6 vs 6. In this training, player must relax, and can control the ball well so it can applied in the real match.

2. Free kick outside penalty box. The purpose is to practice kick accuration and practice how to kick using middle sole.

3. Passing training among other players and you, to make your team better about ball possession in the real match.

4. Face one to one with keeper. Players (especially beginner), usually find some difficuties to kick the ball, especially from far distance and they confuse how to determine right position to kick.

Now, I'll explain about kick techniques.
- Body position
If we kick with left leg, we must take body's right position.
If we kick with right leg, we must take body's left position.
The purposes is to make easy for find a space and direct the kick better.

Steps to kick:
Turn your body for a little before doing kick, so you can kick more accurate and can do "banana kick". Then, use your middle sole with much power so your kick can fly up.

Suggestion, practice to adjust the power and accuration. Practice:
- Rope jump
- Jump other player (player bows his self-body and we jump over the player)
- Kick practice
- Split, etc (warming)

There are some kind of kick techniques:
1. Groin technique

Groin technique is a technique that pass the ball between the two legs player space. We must make opponent confuse so we can do this technique.

- Use deceive movement. Your foot step over the ball. With this technique, opponent's concentration will be interrupted. So, there's a space between opponent's groin, and pass the ball between them.

-Or, drive the ball to the right/left slowly. The opponent will follow our movement. Wait for the right time, when opponent groin's opened, direct the ball between opponent's groin and run after the ball.

2. Kick technique using sole edge.

In this technique, we learn how to make the ball difficult to reach by the goalkeeper.
There are the steps:

a. We must take the right position for kick, don't take too right or too left, because it's a deceive kick.

b. Drive the ball from the middle position, don't drive from edge side.

c. Back the ball using top edge sole to goalpost, so the ball will spin fast and difficult to reach by goalkeeper.

d. There's a chance, the ball spin fast but just roll to the goalpost. If you want the ball faster and flying up, use alittle of power leg and kick the ball in the bottom of ball.

3. Kick over the keeper's technique

First way: When the ball is ours and face one on one with opponent keeper, what must we do? Especially if the keeper is too forward from the goal post. So, try to make a distance between you and the keeper, and concentrate with your ball so you don't lose contol the ball. After that, kick the ball with top sole. Don't kick the ball powerfully, just fly forward the ball slowly over the keeper. The keeper can't handle it, the ball will flying up highly and will come inside goal post.

Second way: if the ball is equally high with our knee, don't kick powerfully, just kick slowly and flying up forward highly using middle sole. Kick in the bottom ball when the ball isn't yet bounce down to ground. To do it better, just relax so you can estimate the distance between you and keeper.

MISTAKES in KICK TECHNIQUE

There are so many reason, such as clumsy or even too energetic and hurriedly kick when the ball comes. That's wrong.
There is wrong leg's position:
- Kick the ball using top sole powerfully. That's never satisfied result. The right way is take the right position and using the middle sole or edge sole.

Suggestion, player must practice kicking and patience, so the player doesn't make the wrong kick.

Soccer Players' Position

There are soccer players' position:
1. Goalkeeper (GK)
2. Back player
- Center Back (CB)
- Side Back (SB)
- Left Back (LB)
- Right Back(RB)
3. Midfield player
- Defender Midfield Forward (DMF)
- Center Midfield Forward (CMF)
- Left Midfield Forward (LMF)
- Right Midfield Forward (RMF)
- Offense Midfield Forward (OMF)
4. Striker
- Left Winger Forward (LWF)
- Right Winger Forward (RMF)
- Second Striker (SS)
- Center Forward (CF)

I will explain every position above.

1. Goalkeeper

Keeper's position is in front of goalpost and his fuction is to keep the goalpost to avoid the goal happens. Keeper can use his hand to catch the ball but it's just allowed inside the box.

Keeper's position has some advantages rather than other players' position. For example, when an opponent player attacks to the goalpost, the keeper try to intercept and accidently, crashes the opponent player until the opponent fallen, usually keeper isn't considered to break the rules, even the opponent is considered to break the rules.

Goal kick

Goal kick happens while there are an opponent player's kick that going out of the court (exceeds the goal post's crossbar) and without interfere by the keeper players' team. So, goalkick happens, in front of goal post.

2. Center Back (CB)

Center Back is back player that in his position always defend the defender area and his function is to block attack that come from center area. A well center back is CB that can move agile, reflect faster and can do tackling well and clear.

3. Right Back and Left Back (RB and LB)

- Left Back is the back player that his function is to keep left side's position in the defender area.
-Right Back is the back player that his function is to keep right side's position in the defender area.
They can block opponents' attack that come from sides area and can keep to avoid opponent's crossing that can threat defender area.

4. Defender Midfield Forward (DMF)

DMF is center player but he more focused to help defense line. DMF's position rarely to move forward to the opponent's area. His function is to cut the opponent's tempts and give the ball to the other center players, like CMF, LMF, RMF, and then they'll give the assits to OMF and continue to striker.

5. Center Midfield Player (CMF)

CMF is the center player that function is to keep center area. His task is to give tempts (as playmaker) to left wing/right wing and striker. Occasionaly, CMF can help defense line if they're under attack, too. CMF is the one that has multifunction because he can move backward to make defense line stronger and can move forward to do some shots from penalty box.
This is the CMF position.

6. Left Midfield Forward and Right Midfield Forward (LMF and RMF)

They are winger halfback. LMF is in the left wing and RMF is in the right wing. They tend to attack and make panic the opponent's defense line, usually give crossing/ long tempt from their position to striker or OMF that can be continued and result goal.

If we want to play in this position, we must fluent about kick technique and accurate long tempt technique.

7. Offense Middle Forward (OMF)

This position reserves with DMF position. But the same thing, they're the same center player. If DMF helps back player, OMF helps striker.

8. Left Winger Forward and Right Winger Forward (LWF and RWF)

LWF is left winger striker and RWF is right winger striker. These positions just in the 4-3-3 pattern. Their function is to give assits to Second Striker (SS) or Center Forward (CF)

9. Second Striker (SS)

Like the name, he is as a second striker supporting Center Forward (CF). He collaborates with CF and does finishing touch well.

10. Center Forward (CF)

CF is a pure striker, his function is to do finishing touch/ shots to opponent's goal post. His tasks is very difficult because he's the main factor whether his team lost or win. He must struggle to get a ball with opponent. He also must find the right position to shot or find spaces in the opponent's defense line.

************************************************************************************

Collaborate between different position

In the soccer, collaboration is absolutely important.
